Early 2013 marked the opening of the newly acclaimed Saison restaurant, opening its doors to what soon became a three Michelin star, 21 course extraordinary dinner. We had the pleasure of working with several designers and architects as well as chef and owner Josh Skenes to bring the concept to life. Renovating one of San Francisco’s 19th century electrical plant south of Market St. that became a fine dining destination full of walnut casework, live edge claro walnut dining tables, and an open kitchen was a feat for many.
Our responsibilities included the fabrication and installation of all the cabinetry and fixtures, the bar, and serving trays. Over the last two years we have expanded in the Saison dining experience at their private chef’s table next door with a twenty seven foot long redwood bar.
